1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern registration, payment, cancellation and participation in live courses organized by DIMIC INVEST d.o.o. By using this website and registering for a course, the participant agrees to these conditions. Our mission is to provide high-quality, internationally recognized educational programs with professional instructors in the field of kinesiology and manual therapy.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration for a course is completed through our website. The participant must pay 100% of the full course fee in advance. After payment is received, the booking is confirmed and a place in the course is secured.
3. Participant Cancellation
Course cancellation by the participant follows these rules:
Up to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund granted.
Less than 30 days before the course: No refund available for any reason.
If a participant does not attend the course, the fee is non-refundable.
Transfer of a course booking to another person is allowed up to 21 days before the course start date, only with prior approval from the Organizer. An administrative fee of 60 EUR applies.
4. Organizer Cancellation or Change
The Organizer may cancel, relocate, or reschedule the course due to:
Low number of registrations
Instructor illness
Force majeure or unforeseen events
If the Organizer cancels the course, a 100% refund is issued.
If the location or dates change more than 30 days before the course start, the participant may:
Request a full refund, or
Move to another available date (if provided).
5. International Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, each participant receives an internationally recognized certificate directly issued by Kinesio University, in accordance with their accreditation standards.
6. Responsibility
The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury or damage caused by participant negligence or non-compliance with instructions. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings during the course. Dissatisfaction with course content is not grounds for refund if the training was delivered as described.
7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
The Organizer processes personal data exclusively for course registration, communication and execution in accordance with applicable EU data protection laws. Personal data will not be used for marketing without explicit consent.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent court in Slovenia.
